The Museum of Marrakech
The museum took some finding in the middle of the souks in the medina, but was worthwhile if only for the stunning building itself which is contained within the 19th century Mnebhi Palace, complete with fountains in the covered courtyard and zellij mosaic on the walls. There are displays of paintings, photos, textiles and contemporary art in several of the halls leading off from the main courtyard. The hammam (steam bath) and kitchen are also used for temporary exhibitions.
